About Fidelixo
Fidelixo helps independent merchants bring their customers back, with a loyalty card that lives in their phone instead of the bottom of a wallet.
Why Fidelixo
Cardboard loyalty cards get lost, and almost nobody installs an app for their bakery or hairdresser. The phone's Wallet, on the other hand, is already there: Apple Wallet on every iPhone, Google Wallet on most Androids. Fidelixo starts from that fact to offer a card the customer adds in one move and the merchant runs without any training.
The goal is to keep things simple: a stamp or points card, a scan at the till with a phone, messages to bring customers back, and real numbers to know whether it works.
Where the name comes from
The service launched in 2026 under the name ClientFidèle. It has been called Fidelixo since 16 October 2026. Cards already handed out and old links keep working.
Who is behind it
Fidelixo is designed, built and supported by Taha Sabbani, a self-employed professional based in Evere, Brussels. The same person answers the phone, WhatsApp and email, and helps you when you launch your card.
