How does the free plan work?
Every feature is available up to 30 customers, with no time limit and no credit card. At 30 customers, their cards keep working; the subscription lets you welcome more. No automatic charge.
Which term should I choose?
€39,99 a month, no commitment; €199,95 for 6 months (1 month free); €399,90 a year (2 months free). Turnkey setup is free with the yearly plan.
What is the turnkey setup?
We set up your card with you (colours, logo, reward) and send you your poster ready to print. It is free for the first 10 subscribed customers, then costs a one-time €49 on the monthly or 6-month plan; it stays free on the yearly plan.
I have several locations?
The subscription is counted per location: €39,99 a month per address (or €199,95 / 6 months, €399,90 / year). Choose the number of addresses when you subscribe.
Are emails included?
Yes: 1,000 campaign emails per month per location are included in the subscription, sent to customers who opted in. Need more? Add a pack (10,000, 25,000 or 50,000 emails per month).
How many notifications can I send?
As many as you like: notifications are unlimited, on top of the automatic messages for stamps, points, gifts and birthdays. Google does limit the sound alert to 3 messages per day per card on Android; beyond that, the message still appears on the card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account, under Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
How do I pay?
By card or SEPA direct debit, on a secure payment page (Stripe). VAT not applicable.
